objego is browser-based property management software for private landlords managing German rental properties. It brings together rental-property and unit management, leases, tenants, documents, income and expenses, bank transactions, meter readings, operating-cost statements, and landlord templates. The service is especially suited to landlords who want a focused online workspace for administration and German tax preparation rather than a broad platform for tenant-facing services.

Pricing is modular. The free Basics package includes unlimited properties, an income and expense overview, and 1 GB of document storage. Verwaltung costs €7.95 per month and adds more than 30 landlord templates, digital invoice import, income and expense management with Excel export, automatic rent-receipt monitoring, and unlimited cloud document storage. Nebenkosten costs €0.95 per unit per month and adds digital operating-cost statements, data checks, a market-rent calculator, and self-read heating-cost statements. The starting price is €0.95 per unit per month, billed monthly. Paid modules have a 12-month contract term, and prices include 19% VAT.

The strongest fit is for German landlords who value low operating costs and accounting depth. Bank accounts can connect through finAPI, transactions can be imported, and German tax Anlage V data can be exported. Meter-reading capture and consumption calculation support operating-cost administration. However, objego is web-only and does not cover tenant portals, maintenance, online payments, mobile apps, or broader integrations. The vendor recommends a maximum of 70 usage units for the intended user experience, despite unlimited unit creation. Choose objego for records, expenses, rent monitoring, and German operating-cost workflows; consider an alternative if tenant collaboration, maintenance coordination, mobile access, or wider platform connectivity is central.
