Nutri-Scheme review
A focused web platform for restaurant nutrition, allergen, costing and QR menu work.

Nutri-Scheme is a cloud-based recipe and menu management platform for independent restaurants and hospitality businesses. It brings recipes, ingredient-level details, nutrition analysis, allergen and additive tracking, food costing, labels and digital menus into one web application. Restaurants can enter recipes or import recipe books and menu photos, then publish mobile-friendly QR menus with menu updates and support for up to six languages. It is most suitable for teams that need tighter control over nutritional information, allergens and dish-level costs rather than a complete restaurant operations suite.
Pricing is annual and shown in EUR, excluding VAT. Basic costs EUR 59.99 per year and includes automatic nutrition analysis, allergen tracking, ingredients database access, custom ingredients, nutrition labels in four formats and email support. Advanced costs EUR 199.99 per year and adds recipe-book and menu-photo imports, real-time food cost per dish, QR digital menus and up to six languages alongside the listed nutrition and allergen features. Pro costs EUR 399.99 per year and presents the same listed highlights as Advanced. Plans are based on recipe credits, and a five-day free trial is available.
Nutri-Scheme’s strongest fit is the combination of recipe structure, compliance-oriented menu information, cost calculations and QR publishing. Its narrower ecosystem is also important: the platform is web-based and does not provide POS synchronization, online ordering, availability controls or integrations. That makes it a practical choice for restaurants managing menu information and food costs independently, especially when multilingual QR publishing is useful. Restaurants seeking connected ordering, live availability or synchronized point-of-sale workflows should choose a broader restaurant management product instead.
