Numonix IXCloud is a fully managed call-recording platform for enterprises that need to capture and govern communications across mixed environments. It records audio across Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, SIP-based systems and Net2Phone, with video recording and VBSS recording available in the Business plan. Its audience is compliance-sensitive organizations that need centralized storage, controlled playback, searchable records and auditable workflows rather than a basic standalone recorder.

The three plans align with different communication setups. Business covers Microsoft Teams PBX and includes audio, VBSS and video recording plus OpenAPI access. Enterprise adds support for Teams and other non-Microsoft PBXs, group recording profiles, AD Sync, Bring Your Own Storage and record-on-demand controls. Hybrid is designed for PBXs excluding Teams and includes a Hybrid Connector, Bring Your Own Storage and OpenAPI access. The published plan structure uses per-user monthly billing language, while pricing is handled through contact with sales.

Compliance and governance are the platform’s defining strengths. Administrators can configure tenant and group recording profiles, retention periods, automatic deletion and legal hold. PCI muting, cancel-recording controls and GDPR post-call deletion address specific recording obligations. Role-based permissions, playback controls, two-factor authentication, geo-redundant Azure storage and 256-bit AES encryption add control around access and storage. Transcription supports speaker identification and multiple languages, while summaries, sentiment analysis, PII redaction, keyword search and searchable transcripts extend the archive beyond playback. RESTful OpenAPI access supports metadata, playback, audit and retention workflows. Choose IXCloud when communication platforms and compliance requirements are both complex; teams seeking only lightweight recording may prefer a narrower tool.
