Numeo review
Combines load search and dispatch tools with a separate carrier TMS offering.

Numeo brings load search, dispatch, and carrier management tools together for owner-operators, dispatch teams, and growing fleets. Its Spot products work alongside existing load boards and business systems, while Numeo One is positioned as a standalone transportation management system. The web, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension options support a mix of desktop and mobile workflows, with features ranging from multi-board load comparisons to invoicing and fleet tracking.
The pricing is split between dispatcher-seat Spot plans and monthly Numeo One plans. Spot Free costs $0 per dispatcher per month and includes the core extension and one MC connection. Spot Pro is $9.99 per dispatcher per month with annual billing and adds the full extension, unlimited factoring, and Load Radar. Spot Ultra is $29.99 per dispatcher per month with annual billing; it includes Load Hub, AI Hub, and three months of TMS. Numeo One Basic and Pro cost $99 and $149 per month, respectively, and Enterprise has custom pricing. The published plans also show a 14-day free trial. This structure makes a low-cost start possible, but comparing Spot features with the separate TMS plans takes care.
Numeo’s breadth is its main distinction: load search and ranking sit alongside dispatch planning, broker communication, document extraction, invoicing, payments, and fleet workflows for utilization, fuel, maintenance, and safety compliance. Integrations include Samsara, Motive, and multiple ELD providers, such as Lucid ELD, TT ELD, and GreenLight ELD. Carriers wanting load search and dispatch tools alongside their existing systems may find the Spot plans a fit; teams seeking a full TMS can consider Numeo One. Buyers looking for one simple plan covering every capability should compare the separate offerings closely before choosing.
