Nulogy OEE Tracking is a manufacturing operations capability within Nulogy Smart Factory. It calculates overall equipment effectiveness from availability, performance, and quality data, then presents live scores across lines, shifts, products, and sites. The product is suited to established manufacturers that want connected visibility across equipment and shop-floor operations, particularly where downtime, speed losses, scrap, rework, rejects, and quality outcomes need to be reviewed together.

The plan structure follows a progression from core OEE visibility to deeper categorization and operational control. Lean includes real-time OEE, automatic cycle and part counts, automatic scrap counts, downtime detection, downtime and scrap tracking, and automatic alerts. Black Belt adds 10 GB of storage per machine, automatic scrap and downtime categorization, process data, and scheduling. Enterprise builds on that tier with the Quality module, custom forms, custom calculations, custom fields, and operator tracking. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, so the product is better suited to organizations evaluating an operation-specific deployment than teams seeking self-serve purchasing.

Its strongest fit is a connected factory environment. Automatic machine data collection can combine PLCs, wireless sensors, and operator screens, while integrations cover ERP systems, BI systems, databases, and PLC systems. Web, iOS, Android, and API access broaden how teams can review and connect operational data, and an AI assistant supports operational questions. Manufacturers needing OEE plus loss analysis and quality tracking should find the coverage aligned with their needs. Smaller teams wanting a free entry point, fixed public pricing, or a narrowly focused standalone tool may prefer a simpler alternative.
