Novaryq is a restaurant operating platform for North American food-and-beverage businesses, with reporting focused on sales, labor, item velocity and guest behavior. Its analytics cover real-time sales, repeat-visit analysis, multi-location and multi-brand rollups, channel reporting, and export-ready reports. The wider platform also includes POS, online ordering, inventory, staff scheduling, payments, loyalty, marketing and accounting workflows. It is most suited to Canadian restaurant groups that want operational and guest analytics alongside restaurant management tools.
Pricing is organized by location and shown in Canadian dollars. Core costs CAD 129 per location per month with annual billing or CAD 149 monthly, for one independent restaurant and one operational device licence. Growth costs CAD 249 annually or CAD 299 monthly, adds four device licences, and includes catering and events. Scale costs CAD 399 annually or CAD 449 monthly, includes eight device licences, and adds priority support for roughly two to four locations, multiple brands or complex device estates. Enterprise is designed for five or more locations, franchises and complex rollouts, with plan pricing not shown here.
The reporting breadth is a strong fit for operators managing several revenue and cost areas: POS, online, QR, kiosk and catering channels can be analyzed alongside labor, ingredient-level inventory, recipe costing and waste. Central menus, pricing, staff and tax management extend the platform beyond a reporting dashboard. Integrations include DoorDash, Uber Eats, Skip, DoorDash Drive, Google and Helcim, although DoorDash, Uber Eats and Skip marketplace connections are listed as in progress. Novaryq does not advertise a staffed 24/7 help desk and has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Choose it for broad restaurant operations and rollup reporting; consider an alternative if extensive marketplace connectivity, formal certifications or round-the-clock staffed support are essential.
