novacly is a cloud platform for financial close, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. It is designed for finance teams managing multiple entities, including mid-market organizations, private-equity portfolio rollups, real-estate funds, and teams handling 5–50+ entities. Its scope spans close-task management, trial-balance imports, data transformation, reconciliations, journal workflows, multi-GAAP reporting, FP&A, dashboards, audit logging, and an Excel add-in.
Pricing is centered on free beta access. The novacly Platform — beta plan includes full platform access, all 200+ features, unlimited entities and trial balances, and 1,500 free AI credits per month. AI credit top-ups are sold as one-time purchases: Starter AI credits cost $10 for 250 credits, Growth AI credits cost $35 for 1,000 credits, and Pro AI credits cost $150 for 5,000 credits. Each credit package includes credits that do not expire. The published plans therefore give budget-conscious teams access to a broad feature set while allowing additional AI capacity to be purchased separately.
The product’s standout strength is breadth across the close cycle and adjacent planning work. Teams can manage dependencies, templates, deadlines, approvals, variance tracking, multi-level signoff, consolidation, allocations, rolling forecasts, and audit exports in one platform. AI features support account mapping, variance commentary, and natural-language queries, while the Excel add-in provides 11 custom NOVACLY formulas. Platform fit is narrower than the workflow coverage: live integrations are Excel, CSV, and API, while native QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage connectors are roadmap items. Choose novacly for broad beta access and multi-entity coverage; teams requiring established native ERP connectors should consider alternatives.
