NordPass is a password manager for personal users, families, teams, and larger organizations. Its encrypted vault stores passwords, passkeys, payment cards, secure notes, and other sensitive information. Autosave, autofill, password generation, secure sharing, Password Health checks, Data Breach Scanner, and a built-in authenticator cover the main needs of individual users. Apps are available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, alongside a web vault and browser extensions.

The Free plan provides one active session on one device, autosave and autofill, and secure storage. Premium adds unlimited simultaneous device sessions, Password Health, Data Breach Scanner, Email Masking, Secure Item Sharing, and File Attachments. Family provides six separate accounts, family sharing, and separate encrypted vaults. A 14-day free trial is also available. These tiers make the product suitable for individuals and households that need more than basic credential storage, particularly when passkeys and secure sharing are part of the requirement.

For organizations, Teams adds a ten-user bundle, password sharing, activity monitoring, organization-wide security settings, MFA protection, and Google Workspace SSO. Business adds group- and folder-based credential sharing, password strength and breach monitoring, and Vanta integration, while Enterprise adds centralized shared-credential control, SSO with Entra ID, MS ADFS, and Okta, automatic access management, and Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk integrations. NordPass fits users seeking broad platform coverage with a free entry point and a progression into administrative controls. Users needing passwordless login should choose an alternative.
