Nonprofit Liaison is a hosted board management platform for nonprofits, foundations, faith-based groups, and other mission-driven organizations. It brings board-packet assembly, document storage, meeting RSVPs, attendance, quorum tracking, motions, asynchronous voting, minutes, committee work, policy records, conflict-of-interest tracking, and term management into one portal. Web, iOS, and Android access are listed, with features intended for organizations ranging from volunteer-led boards to larger, multi-committee nonprofits.

Pricing starts with Essential at $99 per month when billed annually, or $125 per month with monthly billing. Both versions include the complete board management portal, Board Pulse dashboard, motions, asynchronous e-voting, AI-drafted minutes, and unlimited board members, committees, and administrators. Essential setup costs $997 one time and includes guided onboarding and setup. Core costs $499 per month annually or $599 monthly, adding the Risk Pulse governance scorecard and three additional Pulse dashboards. Full costs $999 per month annually or $1,099 monthly and adds all six Pulse dashboards, the Operations Portal, and association, branch, and camp dashboards.

The product’s strongest distinction is its breadth of nonprofit-specific tracking. Dashboards cover board, risk, financial, membership, campaign, and program activity, while AI features support agenda building, document processing, minutes, and governance search within a private workspace. Search across board packets and minutes, committee calendars, tasks, and documents support ongoing governance work. Organizations should consider the higher tiers when dashboard coverage and operational visibility justify the cost. Smaller teams seeking integrations, lower entry pricing, or formal security certifications may prefer an alternative: the MSA states that Nonprofit Liaison does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or similar certifications.
