Nomos One is cloud-based lease portfolio software for finance teams, accountants, auditors, property managers and organizations managing property, vehicle or equipment leases. It supports IFRS 16 (AASB 16) accounting, with calculations for lease liabilities and right-of-use assets, including depreciation. The service is available through the web and an API, and its stated company-size fit spans small, mid-market and enterprise organizations. Teams seeking lease administration alongside financial accounting can keep agreements, documents and important dates in one system.

Its accounting and reporting coverage is a central strength: Nomos One provides lease journal reports, general-ledger exports, lease balances and disclosure reports with liability and maturity analysis. Custom reports and fields allow reporting to reflect organizational requirements, while critical-date reminders and event tracking help teams follow lease changes and deadlines. Multi-currency portfolio management and support for multiple organizations are useful for portfolios spanning currencies or organizational boundaries. However, separate organizations do not support consolidated IFRS 16 reporting, so groups that need a combined disclosure view across entities may need another approach.

The vendor sets fees through each customer's subscription agreement rather than publishing standard rates, so buyers will need to discuss pricing with sales. The vendor describes tailored onboarding and support, with email, phone and documentation channels; 24/7 support is not offered. SSO via SAML is listed as a compliance-related capability. Nomos One is a fit for lessee teams that need IFRS 16 calculations, disclosures, journals and multi-currency tracking, and can work with organization-level reporting. It is less suitable for buyers who need consolidated IFRS 16 reporting across separate organizations or prefer transparent, published prices before contacting sales.
