NoBounce Email List Cleaner is a Windows desktop application for validating and cleaning email-list files used in email marketing. It is intended for people who need to process addresses before using them in campaigns, rather than manage messages inside a mailbox. The file-based workflow supports drag-and-drop processing of thousands of files, while spreadsheet-data preservation helps retain the surrounding data during cleaning.

Its main strength is the range of configurable address filters. NoBounce can separate role-based, profanity, government, complainer, litigator, spam-trap and honey-pot addresses.
