A low-cost HR foundation for Indian SMBs that need onboarding plus core employee management.

Niyuk HR brings employee onboarding and core HR management into one platform. It is aimed at startups, growing companies and larger organizations that need structured preboarding, employee records, document collection, policy sharing and completion tracking alongside attendance, leave and payroll. Its onboarding workflows assign tasks to owners with dates, helping HR teams coordinate new-hire setup, managers and employees from before the first day through completion. Access is available on web, iOS, Android and a Chrome extension, with Microsoft Teams access also included.
Pricing is organized from a free tier through three paid plans. The Free plan focuses on core HR tasks for early-stage startups. Essential costs INR 1,300 per month and adds attendance management, payroll, leave management, an employee portal and tasks. Growth costs INR 1,500 per month and adds employee self-onboarding, employee exit management, advanced analytics, NiyukGPT, pulse surveys and recruitment. Enterprise costs INR 1,700 per month and adds a learning management system, OKRs and goals, expense management, performance management, meetings and assets. This structure makes the lower tiers suitable for basic HR administration, while broader workforce operations sit higher in the plan range.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams that want onboarding connected to ongoing employee records and workforce processes rather than a standalone checklist tool. Document collection, induction material sharing, progress visibility, attendance, leave and payroll create a practical HR base. Mobile access and Slack or Microsoft Teams integrations support employee and team access, while advanced learning management is reserved for Enterprise. Choose Niyuk HR if affordability and broad HR coverage matter more than a wide integration ecosystem. Consider an alternative if your organization depends on many third-party connections or needs learning management without moving to the highest tier.
