Nimbus RMS is cloud-based retail management software for single stores and multi-location chains. It brings together offline point of sale with cloud synchronization, inventory visibility, purchasing, stock transfers, customer and employee records, pricing, promotions, and reporting. Retailers in apparel, fashion, grocery, convenience, electronics, mobile, and other segments can use it to coordinate store operations, stock, sales, and purchasing from one web-based system.

The pricing structure makes the product accessible to smaller retailers while preserving a path to multi-store use. Free Version supports 1 store, 50 products, 1 user, 1 register, and 100 sales receipts per month, with email support. Trial Version provides full feature access for 14 days, up to 3 stores, 50 products, 1 user per store, 1 register per store, and no receipt limit. Single Store costs $19 per month and adds 10,000 SKUs, 3 users per register, and email, chat, and support center call support. Chain Stores costs $29 per month and includes multi-store support, 20,000 SKUs, 1 register free per store, 3 users per register, and the same support channels.

Nimbus RMS is strongest when a retailer needs practical operational breadth rather than a specialized point solution. Its purchasing, purchase orders, stock counts, audits, low-stock alerts, reorder points, barcode labels, receipt customization, and custom sales, margin, and staff reporting cover the core workflow from buying to checkout. Real-time stock visibility and transfers are particularly relevant for multi-location operations. The tradeoff is ecosystem focus: the software runs on the web, and Shopify is the named ecommerce integration. Retailers wanting broad platform coverage or a wider integration ecosystem should look elsewhere; budget-conscious retailers prioritizing POS, inventory, purchasing, and multi-store coordination should consider Nimbus RMS.
