Nexvia is cloud-based construction management software for residential builders, contractors and project managers. It brings estimating, tender management, scheduling, budget and cost tracking, client communication, contractor coordination and financial management into one web platform. Residential teams can manage home selections and feedback through a client portal, while contractor workflows cover purchase orders, bills, timesheets, RFIs and drawings. Mobile site workflows include offline support, making Nexvia suited to small and mid-sized construction firms as well as larger residential builders in Australia and New Zealand.
Pricing starts at AUD 900 per month, excluding GST, and includes a one-off implementation fee. The Core plan supports up to 7 full-access users and includes Estimation, Projects - Core, Sales, Accounts and Asset Register. Premium raises the allowance to 15 full-access users and adds Projects - Prem, Pipeline, Progress Claims, OH&S inductions and Pre-qualification. Enterprise includes all Nexvia modules, a Dedicated Customer Success Manager, Enhanced Support, API access, sub-domains and subsidiaries, plus custom import/export. The tier structure gives growing residential teams a path from core estimating and project administration to broader operational controls.
Nexvia runs on the web and connects with MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite and HubSpot. Its accounting integrations and payroll export support financial workflows, while client and contractor portals extend coordination beyond the internal project team. The product is a strong fit for residential organisations that need estimating, cost control, scheduling, selections and trade-partner management in one system. Teams seeking a free plan, a lower starting price or round-the-clock support should look elsewhere.
