NextMinute is cloud-based job-management software for construction trade businesses, combining quoting, scheduling, crew timesheets, cost tracking, back costing, invoicing, supplier orders and customer management. It suits small and mid-market builders and tradies that need office and field teams working from the same job records. Mobile apps for iOS and Android let crews handle jobs, quotes, timesheets, charges, photos and notes while on site, alongside the web application.
The published plans show month-to-month pricing for Tradie Growth at AUD 199 per month and Tradie Pro at AUD 349 per month. Both include full feature access and unlimited projects and jobs. Tradie Max also includes full feature access and unlimited projects and jobs. A 10-day trial is available without a card requirement, and Australian pricing is shown plus GST. The plan structure is therefore suited to businesses that want broad access without annual billing, while buyers should compare the included tier differences directly with their operational needs.
NextMinute’s strongest accounting fit comes from two-way synchronization with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks for contacts, invoices, payments and supplier bills. Its job-costing tools track estimated versus actual labour, materials, subcontractor and other costs by job, stage or task, with financial and WIP reports supporting project oversight. Email, phone and documentation support are available. Businesses needing contractor payroll processing or deeper retainage workflows should consider an alternative payroll or construction-accounting system; trade companies prioritising mobile coordination, costing and invoicing are the clearest fit.
