Nexodo PIM is a hosted product information management system for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and ecommerce teams managing supplier-heavy catalogs. It brings products, variants, categories, attributes, images, and documents into one web and API-accessible workspace. CSV and connected Google Sheets ingestion support structured onboarding, while supplier field mappings, import previews, validation rules, completeness checks, and data-quality rules help teams review incoming information before publishing. Approval workflows, roles, comments, mentions, product history, and rollback are aimed at teams that need a controlled path from intake to approved catalog content.

The published plans are Pro and Scale, and both use contact-sales pricing with no free plan. Pro includes product information management, CSV and Google Sheets onboarding, data-quality rules, work queues, product history, import rollback, managed Shopify publishing, and unlimited seats. Scale keeps the same evidence-first workflow, adds larger catalog capacity, and also includes unlimited seats. Nexodo supports up to 25,000 product records, making the product more suitable for smaller and growing catalogs than for organizations requiring very large catalog capacity. Teams comparing options should treat the quote-based model as part of the buying process.

Shopify is the clearest ecosystem fit, with managed publishing and payload previews. Other listed integrations include Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and BigCommerce, alongside mapped feeds, portals, PDFs, REST API tokens, and signed webhooks. BigCommerce is described as a deployed adapter that remains credential-gated pending production authentication verification. Nexodo also states that it does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or another independent certification. Choose Nexodo when structured supplier imports, review controls, and Shopify publishing matter most; consider an alternative when broader integrations, independently certified security posture, or higher catalog capacity are priorities.
