It is aimed at small studios that need a shared booking link for students, online payments, schedules, client records and reminders without starting with a paid subscription. Operators can manage group bookings with capacity limits, recurring appointments, memberships, packages, notes and staff permissions from the web platform.
The free Starter plan includes unlimited bookings, an online booking page, schedule and availability management, online payments, email reminders and confirmations, and client records. Growth costs $79 per month when billed monthly and includes everything in Starter, plus memberships and packages, six team accounts with permissions, data export and invoicing for corporate clients. A one-time 21-day free trial applies to Growth, and no card is needed for the trial. This structure makes Newvia particularly practical for a small team validating its booking workflow before adding paid membership and collaboration features.
Newvia also connects with Stripe, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Gmail, Apple Calendar and Zoom, while its feature set includes sales and finance reports and Google Calendar synchronization. The product remains focused on core scheduling, payments and client administration rather than a broader studio operations suite: it is web-only and does not provide a mobile app, verified waitlists or attendance tracking.
