Neptune Bookings review
A low-cost web scheduler for studios that need core class-booking tools.

Neptune Bookings is web-based scheduling software for fitness studios and other appointment-based businesses. Its fitness-focused tools cover weekly class schedules, live capacity and spot counts, instructor availability, recurring class templates, automatic waitlists, and cancellation backfill. Studios can publish a hosted booking page or embed the schedule widget on a website. The product is a fit for small studios that need core scheduling, customer booking, payments, and administrative controls without a large platform footprint.
The published Standard plan costs $19.99 per month and includes an online booking calendar and embeds, staff and resource management, automated confirmations and reminders, Stripe payments and invoicing, AI-powered setup and branding, and an admin dashboard with analytics. Fitness operations can also configure memberships and class packs through Stripe, late-cancellation and no-show fees, email notifications, and automatic refunds. Additional transaction fees are shown separately. The Enterprise plan includes everything in Standard plus a custom fee structure, priority support, a dedicated account manager, multi-location support, custom integrations, and an SLA.
Its strongest category fit is the combination of scheduling controls and payment workflows. Instructor self-service availability, recurring class templates, live capacity, waitlists, and SMS waitlist promotion address common class-booking tasks, while Google Calendar synchronization helps connect schedules to an external calendar. Stripe is the named payment integration, and the product remains focused on web booking rather than offering broader platform coverage. Choose Neptune Bookings if a studio wants inexpensive core scheduling with capacity management, waitlists, and Stripe billing. Studios needing native mobile platforms or a wider integration ecosystem should consider alternatives with those capabilities.
