Neatly review
A broad, lightweight workspace with useful AI tools and no integrations.

Neatly brings project planning and personal productivity into one web workspace. Its tools include Kanban boards, Gantt charts, rich-text and Markdown notes, tables, calendars, planners, mind maps, whiteboards, file storage, invoices, journaling, and audio recording notes. The product is positioned for individuals and teams, while its lightweight AI-assisted planning makes it especially suitable for people who want one place to organize tasks, documents, schedules, and ideas without adopting a larger enterprise work-management system.
The published plans use a freemium model. The Free plan includes basic boards, notes, tables, and Gantt charts, along with 512MB of file storage, a document summarizer, recording notes, planning and calendar tools, and limited Nia AI access. The Unlimited plan costs $14 per month with monthly billing and adds unlimited workspace tools, full Nia AI access, a 250MB maximum file size, a 250MB maximum document size, and approximately five hours of audio. A seven-day free trial is also offered. The paid tier is most relevant for users who expect to rely on the broader workspace and AI features regularly.
Nia is the standout feature because it can assist with workspace editing and planning, summarize documents, answer questions, schedule events, and support brainstorming. Alongside it, Neatly offers practical exports for tables, recording notes, and files, including XLSX, DOCX, and PDF formats. The trade-off is ecosystem fit: Neatly is web-only and does not include integrations. Its broad collection of tools may suit individuals consolidating several workflows, but users who need connected apps, advanced automation, dashboards, resource planning, or portfolio management should choose a more specialized alternative. Neatly is a good fit when breadth and lightweight AI matter more than a connected enterprise setup.
