Navori is a digital signage platform for businesses and organizations managing anything from a single display to large, multi-location screen networks. Its centralized content management system supports content creation, scheduling, publishing, live-data feeds, audience analytics, screen monitoring, and synchronized playback. Content can include audio, images, video, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, HTML5, URLs, video streams, HDMI input, templates, social media, presentations, and live data feeds. Player applications support web, Windows, Android, and Linux environments, along with commercial displays, ChromeOS, and approved third-party hardware.
The platform’s strongest fit is for teams that need more than playlist scheduling. Rules and triggers, dayparting, live-data integrations, touchscreen and sensor-driven experiences, and audience reporting support automated and interactive deployments. Integrations include Microsoft 365, business intelligence tools, ERP and CRM systems, social media, RSS, JSON, XML, Google Calendar, and Screenfeed. Role-based permissions, custom user roles, approval workflows, and a REST API for content, users, and hardware management add control for organizations with multiple stakeholders or connected systems.
Navori offers Cloud Essential, Cloud Professional, and Enterprise Self-hosting. Cloud Essential includes hosted shared infrastructure, real-time player-health and content-status monitoring, synchronization, and domain-level multi-user controls. Cloud Professional adds advanced scheduling, content automation, interactive features, advertising management, and open architecture with APIs. Enterprise Self-hosting supports cloud or self-hosted deployment, subscription or perpetual licensing, custom development and connectors, and up to 99,000 players per backend. A 30-day free trial is available, while there is no free plan. Choose Navori for automated, integrated, data-driven signage networks; simpler deployments may not need its broader controls and deployment options.
