Naumen Workforce Management review
A detailed WFM platform for hybrid contact centers with interval forecasting and skills-based scheduling.

Naumen Workforce Management is designed for contact centers and other organizations with variable staffing demand. It brings together workload forecasting, staffing calculations, automatic schedule generation, adherence monitoring, operator activity tracking, reporting, and employee self-service. Scheduling can account for skills, qualifications, rules, preferences, and service-level targets. Staff can manage schedules through personal accounts and a mobile application, exchange shifts, and access additional-shift opportunities. Cloud and on-premise deployment options support hybrid operating models.
The plan structure scales from core scheduling to more detailed operational control. Base WFM includes workload forecasting, automatic scheduling, standard work rules, personal accounts, mobile access, and standard reporting. Advanced WFM adds historical statistics and online status integrations, preference-based scheduling, online operator monitoring, and advanced system settings. Advanced+ WFM includes those Advanced capabilities and adds priority support. Published cloud pricing uses flat monthly subscriptions that include 20 users, with a starting price of 30000. The product is paid and does not include a free plan.
Its strongest fit is a contact center that needs interval-level forecasting, skills-aware scheduling, real-time adherence, and intraday visibility in one workforce management system. Integrations with CRM, ERP, BI, POS, and electronic queue systems help it fit into broader operational environments. The trade-off is that buyers seeking a free entry tier or a platform beyond web access may need a different option. Teams should choose Naumen Workforce Management when detailed staffing controls and hybrid deployment matter more than a lightweight scheduling experience.
