Natural review
A programmable payments stack for software agents, with free wallet and vault products.

Natural is an agentic payments platform for businesses building software agents that need to move or accept money. It combines programmable wallets, one-way vault accounts, payment requests, collection workflows, bank transfers, card acceptance, billing, observability, and compliance controls through web and API access. Developer access includes APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, and MCP, making the product most relevant to teams embedding financial workflows into agent-based software rather than businesses seeking a conventional checkout product.
The published plans show free Wallets — Consumer, Business, and Enterprise offerings, each providing FDIC-insured wallets for agents. Vault — Consumer, Business, and Enterprise are also free and provide one-way accounts for agents. Pay — Consumer supports sending money to an agent, business, or consumer. The broader platform supports payment links, multi-currency payments, usage- and success-based billing, and bank transfers across ACH, wire, RTP, and FedNow rails. Accept and Billing, along with Cards, Credit, Voice, and Charge, are marked “Soon,” so teams should align their roadmap with the capabilities currently available to them.
Natural’s strongest differentiator is its focus on agent-controlled money movement, supported by transaction observability, alerts, audit history, automated screening, and compliance, fraud, risk, and dispute management. Card acceptance is available through an API, while payments can also be directed to agents, email addresses, and phone numbers. Natural AI, Inc. states that it is a financial technology company, not a bank, with banking services provided by Column N.A., Member FDIC. Choose Natural when programmable agent wallets and automated financial controls are central to the product. Teams seeking a general-purpose processor without agent workflows should compare alternatives.
