Our verdict on MyZesty

MyZesty is a photo and video editing app for solo creators and small teams working on Android, iOS, or the web. Its timeline supports trimming, splitting, merging, speed control, transitions, filters, stickers, animated text, multiple audio tracks, voice-over, and audio extraction. Creators can also make collages and use automatic speech-to-text captions, AI background removal, green-screen chroma key, and AI image or video generation. A free plan and a three-day free trial provide entry points for exploring the editor and its AI tools.

The paid model uses one-time AI credit packs rather than recurring prices in the listed plans. Basic costs $10 for 2,500 credits; Casual costs $25 for 7,000; Creator costs $50 for 17,000; Pro costs $100 for 38,000; and Studio costs $250 for 100,000. These tiers add larger credit balances, giving users a straightforward way to match one-time spending to expected AI-generation volume. The structure suits occasional projects and creators who prefer avoiding an ongoing subscription, while frequent AI generation will require choosing a larger pack.

MyZesty’s breadth is its main appeal: conventional mobile editing sits alongside captions, background removal, chroma key, and generative tools in one cloud and mobile service. Exports are watermark-free and reach 1080p, which covers standard social and web video needs. The fit is less compelling for editors who require higher-than-1080p delivery, deeper professional post-production controls, or support beyond email. Choose MyZesty for affordable, basic AI-assisted creation across mobile and browser; consider another editor when advanced finishing, higher-resolution output, or broader support channels are priorities.
