A collaborative wealth administration portal with broad advice workflow coverage.

myprosperity is a financial client portal for advisers, accountants and their clients. It brings digital fact-finding, onboarding forms, live financial data feeds, household cash-flow tracking, budgeting, goal tracking, tax tagging, document storage, electronic signatures and wealth reports into one environment. Clients can view bank, loan, superannuation and investment information, manage documents and access the service through web, iOS and Android applications. Firms can also use client surveys, analytics, branded portals and collaborative rooms.
Pricing is structured around four paid partner plans. Connect costs $279 per month and includes mobile and desktop access, generic digital forms, cloud document storage and digital signing. Enhance costs $399 per month and adds configurable forms, integrations, client surveys and analytics. Accelerate costs $749 per month and adds automated client and wealth workflows. Mobile First costs $1,500 per month and includes a branded mobile app, configurable forms, a designated account manager and integrations. The free Starter subscription is a client subscription included with partner plans, not a standalone partner plan. Partner plans require a 12-month commitment, while Mobile First requires 24 months; listed prices exclude GST.
Its ecosystem fit is a practical strength for firms already working with Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, XPLAN, CSV or Macquarie. The platform combines cash-flow modeling, goal planning, tax planning, investment planning and client-portal capabilities with document and workflow tools, giving advisers a broad administration layer across web and mobile. It is a strong fit for practices that prioritize shared client workspaces, data collection and ongoing engagement. Firms needing insurance planning or verified scenario planning should consider an alternative with those capabilities, while smaller practices may find the monthly commitment and paid starting tier less suitable.
