MyOwnConference is browser-based webinar software for organizations, educators, marketers, and teams that need to schedule, host, record, and analyze online events. It supports live webinars and automated webinars built from uploaded or previous recordings. Hosts can create registration pages and customized forms, share presentations or screens, run polls and tests, manage chat and Q&A, add calls to action, and review attendance reporting. Attendees join through modern web browsers without installing an application.
Pricing gives smaller hosts several ways to start. The free Starter plan includes 5 attendees, 500 MB of file storage, 2 speakers at once, unlimited webinars, 1 automated webinar, and a 20-minute recording limit. The Business plan costs €22 per month and raises starting capacity to 20 attendees, storage to 3 GB, and simultaneous speakers to 3. It also adds unlimited automated webinars and 10-hour continuous recording. One-time access costs €11 for 24 hours and includes Business-level service, a 20-attendee plan, MP4 recordings, and recording downloads. Enterprise supports up to 5,000 attendees, up to 1 TB of storage, 2160p MP4 recording, and premium support.
The platform fits teams that want core webinar delivery and marketing features in one web-based workspace. Its public API and integrations with Telegram, Google Tag Manager, YouTube, Vimeo, and PayPal cover selected communication, tracking, video, and payment needs. The narrower integration set and web-only access may matter to organizations that require a broader ecosystem or a dedicated desktop experience. Choose MyOwnConference for budget-conscious live or automated events, especially when a free plan, one-time access, or built-in registration and analytics are priorities. Consider an alternative if extensive integrations or broader platform options are central to your workflow.
