A low-cost AI whiteboard that adds task planning, diagrams, and collaboration.

Mycelo is a collaborative online whiteboard for teams, educators, designers, creatives, startups, and other groups. Its infinite canvas supports sticky notes, freehand drawing, shapes, rich text, mind maps, diagrams, comments, reactions, dot voting, and real-time multiplayer collaboration. The product also extends beyond visual brainstorming with Kanban boards, timelines, roadmaps, task assignment, guest sharing, public viewers, and exports to PDF or high-resolution images. Its AI features generate and expand ideas, organize board content, suggest diagrams, summarize canvases, and produce action items and structured plans.
The pricing path starts with a free Starter plan. It includes all shapes and core tools, up to 3 invited editors, 15 AI tokens, 500MB of storage, and a 10MB upload limit. Pro costs £4.99 per user per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited boards, up to 5 editors per board, unlimited public viewers, 3 image generations, 30 AI tokens, and 20GB of storage. Business costs £9.99 per user per month monthly and adds team workspaces, roles, user management, advanced logging, higher editor limits, and priority support. Enterprise adds SAML and SSO, a dedicated success manager, custom SLAs and storage, plus organization-wide themes and governance.
Mycelo fits teams that want a single workspace for ideation, diagramming, AI-assisted planning, and lightweight project coordination across web, iOS, and Android. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and Jira are listed integrations, but they are marked as coming soon, so teams needing established connected workflows should assess that limitation carefully. Signup is currently disabled and users may join a waitlist, which makes immediate adoption less straightforward. Choose Mycelo for an affordable, broad whiteboarding toolkit with task views and mobile access; consider an alternative if available integrations, immediate signup, or a more established ecosystem is essential.
