My PT Hub is coaching software for personal trainers, fitness coaches, nutritionists, wellness coaches, studios and small gyms. It brings client management, workout and multi-week program building, nutrition plans, macro tracking, progress photos, forms, messaging, scheduling, payments and financial reporting into one platform. Coaches can support online, in-person and hybrid services through web, iOS and Android access, with optional branded and white-label apps. The Free plan supports up to 3 clients, while a 30-day free trial is also available.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. Starter costs $22.50 per month and adds payment processing, 1-to-1 bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos, and chat messaging. Premium costs $52 per month and adds unlimited clients, an AI workout builder, group bookings, classes and live streams, automated client check-ins, program compliance tracking and community features. Ultimate includes unlimited clients, AI workout building, group services, automated check-ins, community features and concierge support. This makes Starter a practical step up for individual coaches, while Premium is aimed at coaches delivering more structured or group-based programs.
The platform’s main strength is breadth. Coaches can connect Apple Watch, Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal, Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, Zoom, Facebook Live and Stripe. Forms, waivers, PAR-Q forms, goal setting, payments, wearable data and broadcast messaging support a wide range of client workflows. My PT Hub should suit fitness professionals who want one system for programming, client communication, scheduling and billing. Coaches who only need basic appointment booking or a lightweight workout builder may find its wider coaching and business toolkit more than they need.
