MuniMins is a cloud-based meeting-minutes platform for municipalities, boards, committees, and other public bodies. It accepts audio and video uploads, Zoom cloud recordings, video URLs, or recordings captured through its mobile app. Automated transcription and minute generation are paired with speaker identification, voice profiles, configurable detail levels, motions, votes, attendance, review, approval, templates, and exports. That combination makes it suited to formal proceedings where the record needs structure beyond a standard transcript.

The main MuniMins plan is priced at $249 per month with annual billing, or $2,988 per year with annual billing. It includes all boards, up to 50 meetings per month, up to 25 users, voice identification, and board-level permissions. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card. MuniMins Recorder is a separate $20-per-month monthly plan with iPhone, iPad, and Android apps, offline recording, and automatic upload. The plan structure fits organizations that need a recurring municipal workflow, while the cost may be difficult to justify for occasional meetings or teams seeking basic summaries.

Its strongest fit is the formal record workflow: speaker profiles, motion and vote processing, attendance, approvals, permissions, and Word/DOCX or PDF exports with templates. Zoom, Cablecast, YouTube, and Vimeo support connect it to several recording sources, and web, iOS, and Android access cover its stated platforms. Organizations focused on public meetings should find the specialization relevant. Teams primarily seeking broad integrations, lightweight action tracking, or general-purpose meeting search should consider a more general meeting-notes product instead.
