MSP360 Managed Backup is a centralized backup and disaster recovery service for managed service providers and IT departments. It supports Windows, macOS, Linux, virtual machines, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox through a web console. Per-device licensing, retention policies, reporting, encryption, and multiple storage destinations make it suited to teams managing backup across customer or internal endpoints. For email backup buyers, its focus is broader endpoint protection rather than an email-specific workflow.

Pricing is personalized, with monthly and annual Managed Backup options. Both plans include centralized web-console administration, file and image-based backup, and per-device licensing. A 15-day trial provides a way to evaluate the service before choosing a paid arrangement. Storage and infrastructure fit are broad: destinations include Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, Google Cloud, IDrive e2, S3-compatible storage, local storage, network shares, and NAS. MSP360 RMM and MSP360 PSA tools are also supported, alongside VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.

Recovery depth is the main reason to consider the product. File-level and image-based backups are complemented by incremental image backups, synthetic full backups, bootable USB or ISO recovery media, and bare-metal restore to new hardware or virtual machines. AES-encrypted backup images add protection for stored backup data, while centralized administration and reporting support multi-device oversight. MSPs and IT teams that need endpoint, image, and disaster recovery coverage should find this scope relevant. Organizations seeking a dedicated mailbox or email backup workflow should choose a product centered specifically on email protection instead.
