A broad advocacy suite for large movements, with a high annual commitment.

Movement is a cloud-based digital organising and advocacy platform for progressive organisations, including trade unions, NGOs and political parties. It brings supporter CRM, public petitions, email-to-target actions, surveys, donations, event RSVP pages, phone banking, messaging, ballots and analytics into one system. Its CRM supports segmentation, custom fields and engagement history, while authenticated member actions and branch accounts support more structured organising. The platform is aimed at movements coordinating campaigns, members and volunteers across multiple channels rather than small teams seeking a single-purpose petition tool.
Pricing is built around paid packages and annual billing. The Growth plan is priced at £1,790 per month for a base package covering 30,000 contacts, with 360,000 emails per month included. SMS, WhatsApp, phone and RCS usage are billed separately. Grassroots supports up to 10,000 members and supporters, while Enterprise and Enterprise+ are designed for over 250,000 members and supporters. The published Growth price excludes VAT, making the ongoing commitment and additional channel charges important considerations for budget planning. Organisations wanting broad functionality at a lower entry cost should look elsewhere.
The main strength is breadth: Movement can connect supporter records with action campaigns, automated email follow-ups, peer-to-peer messaging, phone mobilisation, authenticated ballots, donations and real-time reporting. It also supports integrations with existing membership CRM systems, Stripe and PayPal, and is available through the web and API. That breadth suits large movements with dedicated organising and operational teams. Smaller organisations, or groups that primarily need petitions and email outreach, may find the platform’s scale and usage-based messaging costs harder to justify. Movement is the stronger fit when coordinated, multi-channel advocacy is central to the organisation’s work.
