MotorIQ Dealer Management System brings inventory, sales follow-up and finance workflows together for Indian used-vehicle dealerships. It is aimed at independent dealers and multi-branch businesses handling cars, bikes and commercial vehicles, with web and mobile access for staff. Vehicle records can include photos, documents, expenses and history; leads can be tracked with reminders and linked to vehicles. A public catalogue with QR codes gives dealers a way to share stock listings with buyers.

Pricing is annual. The Standard plan is ₹25,999 per year and includes cars, bikes and commercial inventory, GST margin-scheme automation, CRM and lead tracking, RTO-ready invoicing and dealer network access. The Founder's Deal is ₹20,999 per year, with priority founder support, VIP onboarding, investor fund tracking, zero implementation charges and immutable audit logs. Its listed limit is 20 seats, and the vendor notes a ₹5,000 launch discount for founding members; eligibility and current pricing should be checked with MotorIQ. A 14-day trial is available without a required card. The Multi-branch plan lists unlimited branches and seats, branch-level P&L, custom permissions, migration assistance and a dedicated account manager.

The product's strongest fit is the used-vehicle sales lifecycle: per-vehicle expense and profit tracking, revenue and staff reports, lead reminders, document storage and bulk CSV inventory import sit alongside invoicing. Mobile availability and branch-level controls suit teams that need to update stock across locations, while staff permissions help separate access by role. Buyers whose work centers on service-department operations or confirmed third-party integrations should compare alternatives, since those capabilities are not established here. Dealers seeking inventory, GST invoicing and follow-up in one system are the clearest match; businesses needing a broader operations suite may not be.

  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; the paid plans are billed annually
    • The Standard plan costs more than the Founder's Deal
    • Service operations are not part of the listed feature set
