MotionSwap is a browser-based AI face-swap service for creators working with short videos. It can place a face photo or AI-generated avatar into uploaded clips or videos imported from TikTok and Instagram. The service processes video frame by frame, supports AI avatar generation, and provides background processing, private account storage, and downloads. It is available on the web and fits solo, small, and mid-market users who need short-form content workflows rather than longer video projects.
Pricing is paid-only, with monthly plans starting at $9.99. Starter provides 3 face-swap credits per month, Pro provides 10, Max provides 30, and Ultra provides 50. All four plans include HD quality, no watermark, videos up to 35 seconds, and unlimited AI avatars subject to fair use. Top-up 3 costs $14.99 one time for 3 credits, while Top-up 10 costs $44.99 for 10 credits; these credits never expire and do not change the subscription. The plan structure suits creators who can estimate their monthly volume, while occasional users may prefer one-time credits.
The main constraint is the short-video focus: the published limit is 35 seconds, and maximum output is 720p HD. Commercial use is not permitted because the Terms describe outputs as for personal, lawful use, so businesses producing commercial campaigns should choose an alternative with suitable usage rights. For personal short-form creation, MotionSwap is a focused option when TikTok or Instagram imports, avatar generation, background processing, and watermark-free paid exports matter more than resolution or long-form support. Email and documentation are the listed support channels, and refunds are available within 14 days.
