Our verdict on mosc
mosc is a mobile app for shoppers who want to monitor product prices across online stores. Save items from e-commerce sites to view their price histories and trends, then receive a notification when a tracked price falls. Its focus is practical: it brings price tracking, comparison and alerts together on iOS and Android rather than covering desktop platforms. The vendor says the app tracks more than 1,400 stores, and a shared catalogue can surface history for products other users have already tracked.
Price comparison is a notable part of the app, not just an add-on to alerts. mosc’s Deal Score compares an item’s current price with prices from competing merchants and gives a color-coded assessment. That can help shoppers interpret a comparison quickly, while the price history provides context beyond a single current offer. Shared product histories may be useful when an item is already in the catalogue; the app also supports saving items from e-commerce sites. Together, those functions suit people who want to follow specific products over time and check alternatives before buying, rather than shoppers seeking a general shopping marketplace.
The app listings show mosc as free with in-app purchases, but the vendor does not publish subscription prices, so the cost of paid options is not clear from the available offer. Email is the listed support channel. The vendor presents mosc as independent and says stores do not pay to be highlighted. Choose it if mobile price histories, drop notifications and merchant comparisons match your shopping routine. Look elsewhere if you need a desktop experience or require published pricing for paid features before committing.
