Our verdict on Moment24
Moment24 is a web-based family calendar for parents, co-parents, children, grandparents, and caregivers coordinating school, activities, appointments, and household responsibilities. Its focus is shared scheduling across one or two homes, with calendars, reminders, assigned tasks, ride coordination, custody swap requests, guest access, and views for parents, children, and guests. Per-event privacy controls add a useful layer for families that need different levels of visibility.
The published plans show a paid service with a seven-day free trial. The Monthly plan costs CAD 4.99 per household per month, while the Annual plan costs CAD 49.99 per household per year. Both plans include unlimited members, unlimited calendars, Magic imports, and Google and Outlook synchronization. Families can also connect Apple Calendar, TeamSnap, TeamLinkt, Rétroaction, MonClubSportif, and Publication Sports. That combination makes Moment24 a practical fit when schedules already live across personal calendars, school documents, email, and sports platforms.
Its strongest distinction is the depth of family coordination rather than broad household planning. Magic import can bring information in from photos, PDFs, email, and text, while assigned owners and due dates give tasks a clearer place alongside events. Parent-to-parent ride coordination and custody swaps are especially relevant for separated households. Families seeking meal planning, shopping tools, or a native mobile platform should look elsewhere. Moment24 suits co-parents and caregivers who want a focused shared calendar with privacy and custody features; it is less suitable for households wanting a broader family organizer.
