MobiWork is a cloud-based field service management platform for organizations with employees or contractors working in the field. It combines customer and prospect management, quotes, work orders, scheduling, dispatching, electronic forms, invoicing, payments, recurring services, route planning, inventory, and customer portals. Web access and technician-facing iOS and Android applications support office and mobile workflows. Its feature breadth fits small, midsize, and large organizations, while the $20 per user per month Starter plan gives small teams a relatively low-cost entry point.

Pricing is divided into three paid annual-billing tiers. Starter costs $20 per user per month and includes customers and prospects, quotes, work orders, electronic forms, schedules, and dispatching, with a five-technician limit. Advanced costs $40 per user per month and adds recurrent services and service contracts, recurrent invoices, automated and batch payments, time tracking, job costing, and advanced dispatching. Premier costs $60 per user per month and adds inventory, offline access, projects, route planning and optimization, a customer portal, and open, standards-based APIs. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card, and there is no free plan.

MobiWork also stands out for its ecosystem coverage. Integrations include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage One, Xero, Acumatica, Twilio, RingCentral, Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Clearent, Motive, Samsara, and Verizon Connect. REST APIs and connector integrations support broader platform connections, while electronic forms can include pictures and signatures. The tradeoff is that key capabilities such as offline access, inventory, route optimization, and the customer portal are concentrated in Premier. Choose MobiWork if you need broad field-service operations and can match your requirements to an annual paid tier; consider an alternative if you need a free plan or more than five technicians on the entry tier.
