Mobile Event App is a modular event platform for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, associations, virtual events and hybrid formats. It brings together agenda and session scheduling, participant profiles, networking, chat, matchmaking with tags, notifications, interactive maps, content publishing, livestreams, registration and check-in. The product is available as a web app, an MEA container app or a custom app distributed through app stores. Its strongest fit is for event teams that need core attendee engagement features without choosing separate tools for each event format.
The plan structure is organized around event type and delivery needs. Event Light includes a digital event platform, web app, one event license and up to 500 participants. Virtual Light adds streaming to a digital platform and web app for one event license. All-in-One includes participant registration, a container app and web app, a check-in app and one event license. Pricing is quote-based, with setup fees combined with event licenses rather than a subscription model. That approach may suit teams planning defined events, but buyers need a sales conversation before comparing total costs.
For attendee engagement, the platform combines participant profiles, networking, chat, tagged matchmaking, push notifications and an event notification center. Interactive maps can show points of interest, while exhibitor listings and livestreams extend the experience beyond the agenda. The product also offers a management API and third-party integrations, but the listed connections are XING, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Choose Mobile Event App when networking, streaming and event operations belong in one platform; choose an alternative if broad business-system integrations or transparent self-serve pricing are priorities.
