mnml.ai is a browser-based AI rendering platform for architects, interior designers, and visualization teams. It turns sketches, photos, floor plans, CAD line drawings, site plans, text prompts, and exported 3D-model views into architectural images. Workflows cover exteriors, interiors, landscapes, masterplans, elevations, and floor plans, making it suitable for early concepts as well as presentation-oriented visualization. It also supports regional masking and editing, reference-image controls, variation boards, branching, short walkthrough or drone-style clips, and shared projects with viewer and editor roles.

The published monthly plans are structured around credits and rendering capacity. Lite costs $29 per month and includes 1,000 credits, 100 Fast renders or 30 Ultra renders, two renders at once, 10 video generations, a commercial license, and 8K upscaling. Plus costs $49 per month for 3,000 credits, 300 Fast renders or 100 Ultra renders, four concurrent renders, 30 video generations, a commercial license, and 8K upscaling. Studio costs $119 per month and raises these limits to 10,000 credits, 1,000 Fast renders or 330 Ultra renders, six concurrent renders, and 100 video generations. A $149 one-time Credit Pack adds 10,000 credits, 8K upscaling, and a commercial license. A free plan is also available.

Its ecosystem fit is a central strength: the listed integrations include SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and D5 Render. The service is designed around exported views rather than direct CAD or BIM import, so teams expecting native model ingestion should consider another workflow. Choose mnml.ai when varied architectural inputs, iterative image editing, collaboration, and optional video generation matter. It is less suited to teams requiring a desktop application or direct CAD/BIM import.
