Its managed Stores process text, images, PDFs, video, and audio, then expose retrieval tools for documentation, customer knowledge bases, code, research libraries, and agent workflows. The platform is suited to developers who want hosted indexing and search infrastructure instead of assembling those components themselves, with support for web and API access.

Pricing is freemium. The Starter plan is free and includes $5 in one-time credits plus Community Slack support. Scale costs $20 per month and includes $20 in monthly credits before pay-as-you-go billing, automatic backups, and Priority Slack support with a same-day SLA.
