MileIQ is mileage-tracking software for individuals, small businesses, and teams. Its mobile apps detect drives in the background using motion and location data, then let drivers classify trips as business, personal, or custom purposes. Vehicle profiles, odometer readings, named locations, work-hours automation, manual drive entry, and editable trips support tax, expense, and reimbursement workflows. It is available on the web, iOS, and Android.

The pricing structure separates individual use from team administration. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes automatic mileage tracking and auto-generated reports. The Unlimited plan costs $11.66 per month with annual billing or $13.99 per month with monthly billing, adding unlimited drives. Teams Lite costs $80 per user per year or $8 per user per month and includes driver management and streamlined billing. Teams costs $90 per user per year or $9 per user per month, adding a reporting dashboard plus report submission and review. Teams Pro costs $100 per user per year and adds drive approval, custom mileage rates, and priority support. A 30-day free trial is also available.

For individuals, MileIQ’s strongest fit is routine mileage capture that feeds into tax or expense reporting. Custom PDF and CSV reports, reimbursement-rate customization, and QuickBooks integration extend the workflow beyond basic trip logging. For organizations, add/remove driver controls, report review, drive approval, and Concur submission support create a clearer administrative process. The trade-off is that unlimited driving and more advanced controls require paid tiers, while Concur submission applies only to eligible Teams plans. Choose MileIQ if automatic tracking and flexible reporting are priorities; consider another option if you need those capabilities without a paid unlimited tier or need broader team features at every plan level.
