A focused multi-store retail POS with strong inventory workflows but no free plan or mobile apps.

MicroBiz POS combines point-of-sale, order management, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control for independent retail and wholesale businesses. It is especially suited to multi-store retailers that need register operations connected to back-office stock workflows. The cloud product runs in a web browser on supported computers and tablets, while MicroBiz also offers a locally installed Windows product. Core retail workflows cover barcode scanning, price-label printing, transfers, special orders, layaways, phone orders, pickup, delivery, and shipping.
Pricing is straightforward across two tiers. Standard costs $65 per month or $650 per year and includes one store and one register license, inventory management, order management, unlimited back-office users, and up to 25,000 product records. Enterprise costs $95 per month or $950 per year, keeps those capabilities, raises the product-record limit to 150,000, and adds WooCommerce/WordPress sync plus QuickBooks Online integration. A 21-day free trial provides an evaluation period, but there is no free plan. Retailers should compare the annual and monthly options against their store count, catalog size, and accounting or ecommerce needs.
The main strength is breadth within retail inventory operations rather than a narrow stock ledger. Reorder points can support replenishment purchase orders, while receiving, adjustment audit records, serialized inventory, sales quotes, estimates, invoices, and backorders cover varied transaction types. Integrations include WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Campaigns, BarCode Lookup Catalog, and FastBound FFL Software. Choose MicroBiz POS when multi-store control and retail order workflows matter more than a broad integration ecosystem or mobile apps. Businesses seeking a free entry tier or mobile-first inventory management should consider alternatives.
