A compliance-focused inbound qualification tool with routing, booking, and human handoff.

MessageAgent is a conversational AI platform for sales and customer-service teams that need to qualify and route inbound conversations. Its agent can ask configurable questions, score intent, capture contacts in a lightweight CRM, book appointments, recommend add-ons, and transfer conversations to human teammates with context. The product supports inbound engagement across web chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, with a unified inbox for managing those interactions. It is best suited to organizations that prioritize lead qualification, consent handling, and structured escalation over broad outbound campaign features.
The plan structure scales by channel access, AI conversation volume, and human handoff capacity. Starter includes WhatsApp, web chat, and email, 1,000 AI conversations per month, and three handoff seats. Growth adds SMS, Instagram, and Facebook, increases the allowance to 5,000 AI conversations per month, and provides 10 handoff seats. Scale includes all channels, 20,000 AI conversations per month, and 25 handoff seats. Each of these plans includes the unified inbox and CRM, lead qualification, booking, upselling, and the compliance toolkit. Enterprise adds custom channels, unlimited conversations and seats, SSO, DPA, BAA, custom analytics, and SLA support, with custom pricing. Plans are month to month.
Compliance-oriented messaging controls are a central part of the product rather than an afterthought. MessageAgent includes AI disclosure, TCPA consent, STOP handling, and WhatsApp opt-in templates, alongside configurable brand voice and escalation rules. Conversation analytics, intent scoring, routing, appointment reminders, and contact history connect qualification to follow-up. The published platform coverage is web, so teams should assess whether that delivery model fits their operating environment. Choose MessageAgent when inbound qualification, channel-based routing, and governed human handoff are priorities; consider alternatives if you need a free plan or a different platform footprint.
