Our verdict on Mentornity

Mentornity is a web-based mentoring platform for companies, universities, accelerators, communities, and other program operators. It covers mentor–mentee matching, self-selection, group and one-to-one mentoring, scheduling, structured sessions, reminders, messaging, certificates, program-health tracking, and reporting. The free plan supports up to 10 participants and includes all paid-plan features, with no credit card required. That makes it a practical starting point for a small, structured mentoring program.

The published plans show a free tier at $0 per month, followed by the Program plan at $289 per 50 active users per month. The annual Program option costs $3,120 per 50 active users per year and includes the same features with annual invoicing. Program adds unlimited programs, cohorts, and administrators, plus group mentoring, self-selection, open mentor pools, certificates, program health, reports, and bulk spreadsheet invitations. Custom pricing starts at 51 users upward, with purchase orders, invoices, and yearly billing; white labeling and SAML single sign-on are available separately.
