MentorcliQ is cloud software for HR, learning and development, and talent-management teams running structured workplace mentoring programs. It supports one-to-one, group, reverse, and circle mentoring, with tools for enrollment, matching, communications, resources, milestones, scheduling, messaging, and file sharing. The platform is aimed at organizations managing programs across teams, regions, and business units, particularly those that need measurable participation and outcome data.
Pricing is tiered annually. CliQ Start starts at $9,900 per year for 100 employees and includes flexible employee matching, guided program design, real-time analytics, live support, the CliQ AI Mentoring Assistant, and communications and surveys.
