Memento AI is an iPhone photo restoration app for repairing scratches, dirt, age marks, blur, and faded or black-and-white color. It is aimed at people preserving family photos and other aging prints directly from an iPhone. Users select a photo or capture one through the iPhone camera, generate a separate restored result, compare it with the original, and save the result. Standard restorations can be saved free without a watermark, making the app suitable for occasional personal restoration.
Memento AI uses a freemium structure with Memento Pro Weekly and Memento Pro Annual plans. Both Pro plans add HD export and Private on-device History. The free experience covers standard saves, while Pro is relevant when export resolution or access to previous restorations matters. The on-device History feature also gives the paid tier a more private way to retain restoration history within the app.
Its scope is focused rather than broad: scratch and age-mark reduction, color restoration, facial-detail enhancement, and before-and-after comparison are all centered on individual photo restoration.
