MemberVu review
A practical dues, events, payments, and finance platform for Philippine groups.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
MemberVu combines membership records, dues collection, event management, communications, and financial administration for Philippine clubs, homeowners associations, schools, churches, professional associations, and nonprofits. Its member directory stores profiles, roles, contact information, and membership status, while event tools cover registration, ticketing, attendance tracking, and QR check-in. The platform is designed for organizations that need one system for member administration and recurring financial tasks.
The published starting price is ₱10,000 for 50 members, and the plans support monthly or annual billing. Starter includes the core directory, event creation, Philippine payment channels, finance dashboards, broadcasts, and role-based access. Growth adds priority onboarding and training, audience segmentation, CSV exports, a dedicated account manager, and phone and WhatsApp support. Scale adds multi-club district views, custom onboarding and workflows, advanced financial reporting, district analytics, and listed API access coming soon. A ₱30,000 setup fee and 3.5% payment transaction convenience fee also apply. Annual subscriptions are advertised as saving 10%.
MemberVu’s strongest fit is a small or growing organization that wants dues, event fees, donations, reminders, payment tracking, reconciliation, and reporting in a shared workspace. Payment support includes GCash via QRPH, InstaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and Paynamics, while role-based access accommodates administrators, treasurers, board members, and regular members. Growth and Scale are better suited to organizations needing training, segmented communications, exports, district oversight, or more advanced reporting. Groups seeking a narrower, low-cost tool for only one task may find the paid structure and setup fee harder to justify.
