Melba by FoodMeUp is a cloud ERP for restaurants, catering businesses, central kitchens, dark kitchens, bakers and foodservice groups. It brings recipe specification sheets, sub-recipes, custom units, ingredient and recipe stock management, purchasing, production planning, sales analysis, margins, traceability and food labeling into one system. Browser access, mobile use and API connectivity support both independent food businesses and larger multi-site operations.

Pricing is modular and billed monthly. Recipes & Sales — Simple costs €49 per module per month and includes 500 technical sheets, allergens, POS sales import, cost prices and margins, quotes and invoices. Recipes & Sales — Premium costs €99 and adds unlimited recipes, INCO nutrition and composition information, planning and production schedules, and central kitchen or lab management. Stocks & Orders and Traceability each start at €49 for Simple and rise to €99 for Premium. Core costs €49 per site per month for 5 to 10 users per site, with additional users priced at €15 per user per month. A 7-day free trial is available.

The product’s breadth suits teams that need connected costing, purchasing, stock control, production and compliance records rather than a recipe-only tool. Integrations include POS systems, labelling devices, Google Slides, Claude, ChatGPT and an Open API. Traceability features cover supplier, production and INCO labels, temperature logs and food safety plan task logs, while Premium adds intermediate production traceability and customizable label templates. Choose Melba if modular operations control and multi-site coordination matter. A narrower recipe-costing product may suit smaller teams that do not need several paid modules or the wider operational scope.
