Our verdict on MeetingPulse

MeetingPulse is a browser-based audience response platform for companies, event producers, associations, human resources teams, sales and marketing groups, and conference organizers. It supports in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings, with attendees joining from phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops without installing software. Its feature set spans live polling, surveys, moderated Q&A, quizzes, voting, brainstorming, sentiment feedback, registration, attendee management, schedules, raffles, reporting, and event-content modules.

The platform’s main advantage is breadth. Alongside audience interaction tools, MeetingPulse includes broadcast views, analytics, materials, photos, chat, and video modules. Integrations with Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google Slides support common meeting and presentation workflows. AI features add poll creation, survey creation, and Q&A summaries. This combination makes the product suitable for event programs that need engagement and event operations in one platform rather than a standalone polling tool.

Pricing is structured around annual packages. Q&A Only and Polling & Surveys each cost $897 per year for 200 attendees, while Polling + Q&A costs $1,697 per year and supports 300 attendees with AI summaries and survey creation. Essential costs $3,708 per year and adds unlimited meetings, all modules, and the full event management platform. Enterprise supports 500 attendees per meeting and up with volume-level pricing, API, SSO, and identity management. The Free option provides a 14-day trial for 25 attendees. MeetingPulse is a stronger fit for larger, complex event programs; smaller teams focused on occasional polling or Q&A may find the paid starting point harder to justify.
