mcseedmap.net review
A clean, accurate seed map built on cubiomes, with its own Bedrock structure research and a datapack mapper.

mcseedmap.net is the work of Balázs Farkas, known as megasys and the author of the uNmINeD world renderer, and the care taken over accuracy shows. Java biomes and structures come from the open-source cubiomes library, so results match Cubiomes Viewer in a different visual style, while Bedrock support draws on Earthcomputer's Bedrockified, the MCBEStructureFinder project and the author's own brute-force work to recover structure parameters from positions found in the game. Pick Java or Bedrock, choose a version up to Java 26.3 or Bedrock 26.50, type a seed or roll a random one, and the map opens with biomes, estimated terrain and structures across the Overworld, Nether and End.
Side panels cover map settings, markers, a biome list and a seed finder that looks for chosen biomes and structures inside an area you define, with tips on widening the range when nothing turns up. Each seed also shows its hex value and sister seeds, and a datapack mapper previews custom world generation for Java 1.20 and 1.21 overworlds, which few browser tools attempt. The news log records steady updates through 2026, including Bedrock shipwrecks for 1.18 and later and a switch to drawing biomes at the real terrain surface so exposed cave biomes appear by default. It is free, runs on WebAssembly in a modern browser and asks for no account.
The author is frank about the limits. Biomes are close, but shorelines drift from biome edges, some structures may be missing or never generate in the game, Bedrock predictions trail Java ones, and spawn estimates can be badly off for some seeds. The seed finder uses your processor, so a long search on a phone costs battery, and the site itself points power users to Cubiomes Viewer. It also warns that copies of the site circulate, some redirecting to malware, so the real address is worth bookmarking. For a quick, trustworthy look at a seed on either edition, it is the strongest alternative to the market leader.
