MBE Digital Mailbox review
A mobile mailbox service for viewing incoming mail and requesting scans or forwarding.

MBE Digital Mailbox gives individuals and businesses a real street address at a Mail Boxes Etc. location in Australia, with mail and parcels managed through iOS and Android apps. It is aimed at people who want to receive mail at an MBE location and handle requests remotely. Arrival notifications come through the app and SMS, and users can view images of incoming mail items before requesting further handling.
The service covers more than letter scanning: users can request physical mail forwarding, manage parcels and arrange parcel forwarding, or request mail destruction or shredding. This makes it suited to solo operators and small businesses that need an Australian mailing address and occasional physical handling without relying solely on a conventional mailbox. The cloud and mobile deployment, alongside email and phone support channels, are part of its stated service profile.
According to the vendor's published information, virtual postal addresses start at AUD 22.99 per month, but that is not presented as a specific Digital Mailbox plan price. The published pages also do not provide a full plan-by-plan breakdown, and the comparison table indicates that Digital mailboxes have a monthly mail-item limit without giving its quota. Buyers should weigh that uncertainty against their expected mail volume. It is a reasonable fit for mobile users who value mail previews and flexible handling requests; businesses with high or predictable mail volumes may prefer a provider that states its limits and tier pricing clearly.
