Matrix CPM is a corporate performance management platform for pharmaceutical and other production or commercial organizations. It brings financial and operational data into a centralized system for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, reporting and consolidation. Core capabilities include cash-flow planning, workforce planning, variance analysis, data warehouse and ETL integration, pivot-table analysis, interactive dashboards, and workflow and approval processes. Web access is available, with optional desktop functionality, and deployment can use a server environment or cloud infrastructure.
Pricing is organized around fixed packages with monthly and one-time options. The monthly Bronze package costs £1,499 per package per month and includes data warehouse administration, market sales forecasting, basic internal costs and the Reports module. Silver costs £2,999 per package per month and adds advanced internal costs, supply forecasting and Matrix data analysis. Gold costs £4,999 per package per month and adds the Online market module. One-time Bronze, Silver and Gold packages cost £30,999, £64,999 and £104,999 respectively, with the same tier distinctions. Ongoing service packages add system, security, library and module updates: Bronze ongoing service is £1,999 per year, while Silver is £3,499 per year. Separate licence, hosting, support and customization charges also apply.
The platform fits organizations that need a wide CPM scope rather than a single-purpose planning tool. Its integration list includes IFS, Kamsoft, Farmaprom, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel, ERP systems, HR systems, CRM systems and IQVIA, supporting connections across finance, operations, people and market data. The combination of consolidation, forecasting, analysis and approvals is suited to structured planning processes across departments. Teams seeking a broad platform with clearly defined packages should consider Matrix CPM; organizations prioritizing low-cost entry or explicit per-user pricing should look for a different commercial model.
